Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering,
business, or the sciences.
Years of Relevant Experience:
The position requires up to 7 equivalent years of experience in
scheduling and 3 years of experience in earned value management.
Required Skills/Experience:
Space EA Systems, Inc is looking for an experience Schedule
Analyst to add to our team. Candidate will support program offices
in all aspects of schedule analysis, including schedule quality
assessment, critical path analysis, risk assessment, baseline
stability determination, progress assessment and evaluation of
remaining work, forecasting of completion dates through ‘what-if’
analysis, and identification of trends and mitigation strategies.
Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct schedule quality
assessment; Progress assessment and activity duration analysis;
Baseline vs. forecast assessment; Realism and achievability of
project milestones; Critical path and near critical path analysis
and trends; Conduct and evaluation of schedule risk analysis;
Integration of schedule data with cost, EVM and technical
information; Develop contract performance management information for
the customer's monthly review; and Assist with earned value
implementation, including organizing the work, developing integrated
cost and schedule baselines, updating forecasts, performing monthly
analysis, and assisting in the implementation of scope changes.
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (wInsight). PMP, DAU
or other certifications are desired.

projecting funding requirements, identifying trends, and continually
integrating information in support of our government customer.
Duties include but are not limited to: Perform earned value
analysis; Support Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) and Over Target
Baseline (OTB) activities; Analyze Contract Funds Status Reports
(CFSR); Evaluate multiple estimates-to-complete; Integrate cost,
technical, and schedule information; Develop contract performance
management information for the monthly customer meetings.
Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Project), wInsight, and Deltek Cobra. PMP, DAU or

Required Skills/Experience:
Space EA Systems, Inc is seeking individuals with excellent
quantitative and analytical skills, with considerable growth
potential. Department of Defense (DoD) experience is required.
Candidates must also have up to six years cost estimating experience
with the DoD or a DoD contractor. Analysts will develop, maintain,
and updates life cycle cost estimates and perform cost analysis and
various ad-hoc analyses relevant to cost. Work as part of a
cross-functional team to assist with managing and executing a large
government program. Other support tasks to include cost benefit
analyses, source selection cost estimates, cost proposal evaluation,
Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM) estimates, Analysis of Alternatives,
should cost estimates, and economic studies and analyses, as
required.
Proficiency with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)
suite, SEER and PRICE estimating Suites, and MS Office Suites. Must
possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

have at least 10 years of experience, strong quantitative background
with an emphasis in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition cost
estimating analysis, proficiency with various cost analysis models
and tools such as ACE-IT, SEER and PRICE estimating suites, and
strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in cost
modeling and cost analysis of Weapon Systems and/or Information
Systems, hardware and software estimating processes, models and
tools is required. Candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of
cost estimating to include experience with cost estimating
methodologies, cost estimating relationship development, cost model
development, validation and normalization techniques, schedule and
risk analysis, business case analysis and cost benefit analysis
experience in preparing cost estimates, assessing cost and budget
impacts of program alternatives, and preparing and presenting
applicable program documentation and briefings. Must be able to
manage and guide other team members in modeling, risk analysis, and
system engineering techniques in compliance with government
standards.
